Transportation and Parking

UTA (Utah Transit Authority) has generously agreed to provide free transit for all attendees. The Arena Station and Temple Square TRAX stations are within one-half block of the Salt Palace. Present your registration ticket in Eventleap as proof of fare to ride the UTA system to the conference on the day of the event. Valid services include Bus, TRAX, Frontrunner, Streetcar, and On-demand services. Ski, SL-Park City Connect, and Paratransit services are not included.

If you are driving, The City Creek Center has public parking for $2/hour, first two hours are free.

Arrival and Check-in

Please enter the Salt Palace Conference Center using the EAST entrance off of West Temple.

You will be checked in using the QR code found on your ticket in your Eventleap account. When you arrive, please have that ticket pre-printed or available on your phone. Click below to sign into your Eventleap account.

Food and Beverages

Lunch, beverages and snacks will be provided throughout the day. Concessions will also be available for purchase.

Canvas App

Canvas will be sending an email enrolling you in a Canvas course for the conference. This course will have valuable information including schedule, breakout resources, speaker information and more. Make sure you have the Canvas app downloaded to receive important information (including drawing winners!) throughout the day.

USBE Re-licensure Points

Following the conference, you will receive an email with a post-conference survey link and instructions for redeeming your re-licensure points, if eligible. You will self-report the number of hours you spent at the conference and be awarded accordingly. Please reach out to kirsten@showuputah.org with any questions
